All applicants are required to submit the following documents to complete the application process:

Certified Photocopies of Result Slips or Certificates
Attach copies of your academic results or certificates that have been certified by an authorized officer.

Six (6) Stamped Self-Addressed A4-Sized Envelopes
These will be used for official communication and mailing purposes.

Three (3) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs

Photographs must be endorsed by the same person who completes the declaration at the end of this application.

Applicant’s name should be clearly written on the back of each photograph.

Confirmation of Results
Provide official confirmation of your results from WAEC or any other relevant examination body.

One Passport Photograph of Your Parent or Guarantor
This is required for identification and record purposes.
